About the Role
We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services.
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, we’d like to meet you.
Requirements
Roles and Responsibilities
Prospecting for customers through existing leads and cold calling and maximizing lead generation.
Set appointments, listen to customer needs and sell most appropriate premium product.
Attend and participate in regular staff meetings.
Closing deal and preparing report.
Collect client feedback about their experience.
Elevate complaints and feedback to the relevant departments.
Social Media handling & reporting .
Requirements and skills
Verbal and written communication skills to call, email and meet with clients
Negotiation skills when presenting clients with a contract and establishing terms
Advanced customer service skills to remain personable with clients to build relationships and establish yourself as a reliable source for the client to turn to with any questions or concerns
Team building and collaboration abilities when working with other departments to develop strategies that benefit clients
Education:
12th pass / Under Graduate
